This PR adds support for the upcoming fast-sync algorithm from subspace-node (WIP).
Changes:
fast-sync-engine- a simplified version of thesync-enginewhich enables access to existingstate-syncstrategyNewBestBlockNumberevent to update common block number with connected peers.Changed constants like BLOCKS_AHEAD must be set to correct values (WIP).
The 'Logs' commit contains only temporary logs and must be removed before the merge.
